Delegate Selection

American Grace & Charm Pageant state and regional delegates will be chosen by a qualified selection committee. Decisions will be based on the potential delegate's resume and achievements as well as their commitment to their community.
Potential delegates will submit their application and relevant support documents as well as a $50 application fee. If chosen to represent the American Grace and Charm Pageant, the delegate will receive a tiara or crown and embroidered sash or stole with a state or regional title upon payment in full of the delegate sponsor fee of $150 (for a total of $200).
A delegate will represent their state/region for 1 year from the date that their title is awarded or until March 31st of the following year, whichever comes first. On April 1st, but no later than April 7th of that year, one delegate from each age group will be chosen as a national delegate and will serve as the national title holder until March 31st of the next year.
National delegates will receive a sash/stole indicating the year of their reign and title within 4 weeks of their appointment. Their reign will begin on April 1st and end on March 31st. All national delegates will represent their country at the International Grace & Charm Pageant on November 19th during their year of service. International title holders will retain their national title for the remainder of their year and will also assume the duties of the International title. International title holders will serve for 1 year from the date of coronation.
